2 years ago a junior manager working in a different department to me was sacked for taking his staff for a meal and drinks every Friday and using a work issued credit card. The Security Unit investigated him and sacked him.

Its strange that MP's have been getting away with expense fraud for years yet a junior manager is dismissed for doing a similar thing.

Goodbye.
I assume it's all down to the definition of "reasonable".....
tigger.....can I come with you?

Craft......the MP's don't decide what expenses are reasonable, this is done by the civil servant.
sqad............that would be the civil servants whose boss was told by the lovely Gorbals Mick not to rock the boat would it?
Craft....exactly.
