Might be a company/council policy so if they require him 2 do it then he would have 2. Stupid isnt it, he has passed his test so u would think that would be good enough.
Hi Jonah and Lfcfan5

Dont sound right, but as Lfcfan says could be comp policy......ask friend to check this out ....could go to DVLA website....contact someone there and ask if right procedure...i find them to be quite helpful there.
Theory tests are relatively easy though aren't they? so should be a walk in the park for your mate....even if he gets it wrong first time, i think you can put in for it again straight away till you pass it.

Good Luck

Hi Yogi

Yes it its best to check it out, pain in the bum though innit. x
is it def a theory test as in DVLA theroy test ??
as at my work i put all the company drivers through an online risk management test, its very similar to the theory test but its not the actual one you take for your license
I agree with the other answers - it can't be a DVLA theory test - it must be to do with his work - perhaps they have devised a similar test.

The only time you would take the DVLA theory, I would suppose, is if you lost your licence.
Lfcfan5.....yep......sure is! x ..............
and hope you well too

Morning Mccfluff....
hope you also well today

That is very good point,ollie!
Doubt it's the DVLA theory test as jonah's mate should have a test pass certificate when they passed it originally.

Morning lovely Den x

moring yogi, not to bad thanks

and i'm pretty postive that he's doing a road risk assessment, its pretty easy and if at the council there is a nice person like me to hold your hand he's pass with no probs
Never a true.r word Mccfluff......you sound just that!

Think he'll do well as common knowledge really, is'nt it?

:0)
Yep im fine thank u Yogi, are you well? Im looking forward to the races on Friday ; ) x
mostly it is but there are attitude and behaviour sections in there and you really need to think about your answers on those. there is also the good ole hazard perception which can be tricky esp if your not to handy with a mouse

tell your mate to take his time and read the questions properly
Hi Lfcfan again

I'm fine thanks overall....boo boo pranged her car a bit but she's ok, which is all that counts, eh?........

Yeah, good luck for Friday....saw your thread but as i am the worst punter going when it comes to giving advice on horse tips, i refrained from it!
Wish you well and hope you clean up!

Went to Aintree many years ago, when Red Rum was paraded arounded for a lap of honour, which was great to see such a champion!

Poor boo boo... yes their health is all that matters.

Knowing my luck i will be cleaning up the gee gee poop lol.

Are you really that old lol.
I'm not that old!, Lfcfan ....this was a few years before Red Rum went up to that stable in the sky!...so was well into retirement......i think it was around early 90's!

Best of Luck for Friday again x
