so i have just ended a 10 yr relationship ,lived together but not married  children are involved how do i get the info on what im entitled to legally? plz answer me ...................x x

Sorry to hear your problem.  Best advice is citizens advice bureau, and then a solicitor.  If you can settle matters amicably this is best to do.  Sadly, if there can be no agreement then (this is my opinion) you really have to play hard ball using solicitors.  Legal Aid used to be available, it may no longer be, best check with C.A.B. or solictor.
