i have this really strange feeling in my throat, it kind of feels like when a tablet gets stuck at the bottom of it, i woke up yesturday morning with it.
im quiet worried about it, has anyone else ever had this

It could also be acid reflux. The feeling of something stuck in my throat was the only symptom I had before being diagnosed with gastro oesophageal reflux disease(GORD). If the sensation continues you will need to see your GP for further investigations.
