Impersonating Police officers

Been meaning to ask this for ages but it was news a while ago ,

The morning before the G20 was held several people were arrested in an armoured car of some description with police uniforms .I don't remember hearing what happened . Any body know?

No one was arrested.

The vehicle was legally on the road. The protestors were wearing comic police uniforms and had clowns faces and blue lipstick. It was all peaceful.

The armoured car was painted in police colours, presumably making a statement about a police state and military style policing, rather prophetic as it turned out.
