Wireless router.
I don't have a wireless receiver in my PC as far as I am aware. If I got a wireless router for my PC can I set my PC up to be used with the router and if so how can it be done? Is there a USB device that can be used for this?

Ignore the spamming from edward7897. I have my pc wired downstairs, and use one of these upstairs, it`s very good.
