Such specialist books generally don't come cheap, and that one is no exception. (�65 + p&p, but that's still �100 cheaper than the last time it appeared on eBay!)):

Hi Pizza. I have just searched on Addall Books site, which covers 40 Bookstores,and 20,000 book dealers. Only two copies available on all of these sites. Both copies are in McLaren Books, Helenburgh, UK. One is priced �98.46, and the other is priced �101.99. So I would agree with Chris that to keep watch on eBay is your best bet for finding a copy at anything like a reasonable price. Good luck. Schutz.

I've said this before and I'll say it again - try your library. They may just be able to locate one that you could borrow via Inter Library Loan. There would be a fee, but certainly nothing like the cost of buying one.

Be aware, though, that libraries are wary of letting such books go out of their authority when they fetch prices like this. It wouldn't be the first time we've lost one only to see it on ebay a few weeks later.
