Not being a big fan of Eurovision, but sort of curious to know how we got on last night, I turned on for the results bit. Now is it me, or did Graham Norton talk too much? He just wouldn't stop making inane remarks, about just about everything, especially about the guys giving their results,..all totally unnecessary. Spent the time trying to hear behind his voice!!!! Sorry, had to say something...come back Terry !!!

wogan did that too .....only he did it better.
I agree, he didn't chatter any more than Terry, and I thought he was ok
terry is a hard act to follow and maybe norton was trying a little too hard to mimic terry. given time im sure he'll evolve his own style.
at first i was getting annoyed with norton it was over the top chatter, thank god it settled down later,i though he was ok but still prefer wogan

I only saw the results, so don't know about the show itself..but I just thought the result chatter was bad! Trying to keep up with Wogan I guess...shame it didn't match up.
I actually thought Graham Norton was excellent last night, I liked Terry, but i thought Graham filled his shoes very nicely, plus I'll never forget what he said about one contestant....

Large lady from Malta warbling away, and Graham said....."well there's not many people who can fill a stage on their own, but she's doing a very good job". I was in hysterics.
I agree with B00, I normally hate the mincing little Norton, but he got it right last night, a lovely acid commentary worthy of Wogan.

I thought graham did a good job considering, its a big job stepping into terrys shoes, he will get better with more experience
I love Graham Norton....didn't know if he was suited to eurovision.....but I was not disappointed. And-no-he didn't chatter any more than Wogan...tis part of the job brief I would imagine.
I thought Graham Norton did pretty well. Not easy stepping into Terry's shoes after 30 odd year's, but he did as well as can be expected.
I liked the bit where the man giving results said 'no jokes tonight' and Graham Norton said 'Apart from the plastic ears' in reference to his enormous ears.
