iPhone to iTunes software

Hi ABers. I would like to copy my music n films from my iPhone back to iTunes after a major mishap and after my back up.................didnt! I am looking at software from Cucusoft and Touch Copy 09 to get my music n vids back onto iTunes without wiping my iPhone. Anyone used them? Any other software out there that can do the job?
