Hi, I posted a Q yesterday, regarding how I would get a song from the internet on to a cd. I got a couple of good answers, but I need some more help. I wish to play the cd on a std cd player (one without mp3 playback) & therefore I have been told to download it in AUDIO (or DATA). So my question is, what do I convert the file(s) to (aac / ac3 / wav / etc).
Don`t know if this is what you`re looking for, but if you`re using media player, I usually just click the arrow under burn and make sure the dot is next to audio.
If you Google for a FREE program called FREECORDER you can download a Tool bar which fits on to Internet Explorer. By adjusting the SETTINGS tab on the tool bar this Tool bar will record any sound that you can hear through your speakers into a .Wav file.
Another free program called Format Factory can convert the .Wav sound file into any other kind of file that you want and you can then burn this to a CD.
