The 'best' one is the one that best suits your requirements.

Go to a comparison website like your money and do some research. Be wary of the ones that seem to offer the most incentives as their charges can be quite high, make sure that the benefits they offer are what you will actually make use of.

There are a selection of free ones (subject to staying in credit), first direct, barclays,hsbc,alliance and leicester etc.

All have different advantages.
