i have to girls one is 13 and one is 9 i also have a son aged 14 what is the law on them sharing the same bedroom as we only have a two bed house.

From reading on here before, there is no law - you would be expected to utilise another room of the house, like the living room.

Your home counts as a least 3 rooms, as your living room is counted as well. If your kitchen is large, that can also count.
A 3 roomed house can accommodate 5 people, so you are not overcrowded.
Children under the age of 10 count as half. Your children getting older is considered 'natural growth' and cannot count as overcrowding.
