I am currently doing a degree in psychology and am seriously considering doing a MSc in Forensic Psychology, but my aim is to become an offender profiler, or at least be involved in offender profiling.

Am I taking the the right route, qualification-wise?

Oh well...so forensic psychology (following on from a psychology degree) is a good idea, even if the actual chances of going into offender profiling at all are so remote? Good news. Thanks.
Once qualified try and get yourself a job in a prison that houses the criminally insane,it will give you good 'hands on' experience and may open other doors for you.
