Well if you take away the fags I spend about �60.00 per week just on me (don't get the dog's food there)....but I am quite extravagant...

I spend a lot on our weekly shop, but there are 4 of us, plus an abundance of pets. I also only buy organic stuff where possible, so that heaps a bit extra on top.

About �100 a week for three adults. plus I feed son and son in law about twice a week. Percy the pheasant chick is costing a fortune in dried meal worms, his diet will be changing soon.

the prices have fair shot up,fruit and veg,bread,meat,oh' its a hard life,

I went to Tesco on Monday to get loads of fruit and veg for my detox (don't laugh) plan. I ended up spending over �50!!! We are encouraged to eat plenty of fresh produce but obviously at a cost. Daylight robbery!

Hi Tigger. It CAN work out cheaper to use fresh stuff, but it depends on what you buy - and where from.
