Cursor Movement

When I hold my finger on the right arrow on my keyboard, the cursor moves across the page. On another PC it stays still which is very frustrating. How do I correct this?

It's the auto repeat speed/delay that need setting. look under keyborad in the control panel. The repeat rate is probably set to slow or off altogether.
