my rights to sick pay
i work part time 16 hrs a week am i entitled to sick pay? (scottish law), i was of ill for 2 weeks and produced a sick note,and was told i dont earn enough to be entitled to statuary sick pay, can anyone confirm this is right.

But read it properly because if you are not entitled then there are other options

You can use form SSP1 to claim Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) from your local Jobcentre Plus office if you are not entitled to either SSP or contractual sick pay. '
