Establishing Constitution/Rules/Committee For New Members' Group.

Greetings.
I set up a support group last year to further our declared aims of maintaining the UK's oldest Wurlitzer theatre organ which is located in Beer (Devon) www.beerwurly.co.uk . We currently boast around 30 members plus the management TEAM of myself, as acting chairman, with an acting secretary/treasurer/publicity manager.
We are now rapidly approaching our first AGM which will be held in August.
Can anybody please suggest where we can find a specimen constitution and procedural rules for election of officers etc.
