malta

This refers to my question on 17 May.

Just back from a week in Malta - excellent, best holiday ever.

scubadiver  It was just as you said in your answer.

fibifooz  The trip around the harbour was excellent.

chazza  The people were the most polite, friendliest I have ever come accross.  Not one bad experience or rude person all week, in fact quite the opposite.  I wonder if it is the case that people respond to the way they are treated?

Any comments?  Personally I cannot recomend Malta highly enough.

I too spent(2 weeks) in Malta,and found the same as you.I think it was especially the people that made my holiday!

Hi I am originally from Malta but now live in the UK.  Glad to hear that you had a fab holiday in Malta.  I would agree with you, great place, but then I am biased!!  We are a very hospitable lot.

We actually went for a wedding and made a holiday of it.  The wedding reception was fantastic and I thought we Scots knew how to do things in style.  I hope to go back ASAP.
