Is it time for a General Election, so we can truly register our disgust or would the party political system collapse and chaos ensue if we put it to the test at this present time?

If only 35% of the electorate vote for the winning party how many of those agree with all party issues come what may. Therefore 20% is a fair representation who would like the bill. Compare this with a referendum where every vote is true.

This form of government must work because even David Cameron is calling for a referendum. Why stop at one issue?
