The only 2 things you really need to think about are:

The CPU - Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200 processor.
The Memory - 2GB DDR2 RAM

And that CPU / Memory combination should be Ok for running Vista and for day to day use.

Not really up to things like video editing, but fine for general office work.
