Does anyone have a problem with the above windows
update.In my update history it says installed but it keeps
appearing at the bottom of my screen asking me to
install it.Ikeep installing it but it keeps asking me again.
Its driving me bonkers.Anybody have same problem.

If you are not running XP then search for KB952069 and find the fix your version of Windows.

assuming XP (but it's similar for Vista)
you can't usually reinstall without removing the lot
for some reason add remove doesn't do a good enough job
in c:\windows folder you'll see a set of blue folders
find the one relating to your update
$NtUninstallKB952069$
in the folder is a sub folder (spuninst) - run spuninst.exe which should uninstall the fix - next time you run update it should install correctly
or go to the update site and d/l the file
if that doesn't work - you'll have to search and delete any reference to the file
and then do the same in the registry
