Any ideas where i could purchase a bottle of syrup de gomme? TIA

Ingredients:

2 parts sugar
1 part water

Preparation:

1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Dissolve the sugar into the boiling water.
3. Once the sugar is dissolved completely, remove the pan from the heat.
4. Allow to cool completely and bottle.

If you're in London there's a little shop in Bloomsbury Street that sells it.

Otherwise I'd suggest trying an ethnic supermarket - quite difficutl to find

hey i know asda sells little pouches that are one pound each and all u do is add bacardi!! and some mint leaves!! sorted!! :D
