In the European Elections today, if you do not want the big 3 to be in power, then do not think by NOT voting is going to help.
Vote for the best alternative to lodge a protest vote against the Government. If Gordon & co. sees that people are voting elsewhere it will make them realise that the public are really fed up of them.

I have read the link you put up dobdave, and I read about them in the paper yesterday also.
It seems to be a good alternative and as I never waste a vote (my mum told me women died so we gals can have the vote) I might give them my support today.

You do know don't you that of 6 MEPs 1 has been sentenced to 9 months for falsely claiming benefits and 1 is currently awaiting trial for false accounting and fraudulently claiming expenses ?

yes, that's a third of Ukip's MEPs looking dodgy, a rate that not even Labour or the Tories can manage. Goodness knows why you'd vote a bad lot out deliberately to get a worse lot in. A more useful alternative would be voting Green.
