13a = MC, for instance, who's organised crew (7)

I think it is SHOWMAN as an anagram of WHO'S and MAN for crew, but this leaves me with a dilemma on 5 down
5d = are these corsets practicable in big car (4.3)

If SHOWMAN is correct for 13a, then that makes the second word O _ S, and I cannot seem to get it, and thoughts of big car = BUS spring to mind
28a = driving needs time: stop here at bank (7)

I think it is MOORING, taking the t out of motoring (but it says it needs time) and ING for the bank
