pop to the shop
in a village near me there is a butcher called
"Pete the Meat"
Next door is a fabric shop called
"Drapes and Shapes"
and further along a greengrocers called
"Reg the Veg"
I was thinking - 'cus i can't sleep - what could other shops would fit in nicely on this street?

i've just read my question! English is my first language - honest! I've got terrible tonsillitis at the moment so I've not slept for three nights and am drugged up to the eyeballs!
Anyway, I've just remembered a launderette in catford (or was it Streatham) called the:
Wishy washy slishy sloshy washy knicky quickie!
Not in the same vein I know, but surely worth a mention.
