Further to my previous requests for help and your great suggestions, my husband has just made the "Gluten free white bread" recipe from the book "How to cook for food allergies" by Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne (her bread is now being sold at Tesco as "Genius") and it is brilliant, not lik e compressed sawdust gluten free bread sold in shops. The book is excellent on all aspects.
