the reason i�m asking is that i have a flat in birmingham at present, being badly managed by a property company. i�m not living in birmingham at present, but in living in madrid. so need a reliable company to take care of any problems inc any repairs.

Best to choose a firm that is a member of a professional body such as RICS or ARLA. Quite a few listed on ARLA website for Birmingham. Do a search at this link:
