Famous Men with Eating Disorders

Does anybody know of any famous men (past and present) who are rumoured or proven to have had an eating disorder?

Kurt Cobain and Richey Manic (rumoured) and more recently, Dennis Quaid (I think, correct me if I'm wrong!) and the annoying presenter guy who's seeing Kate Moss have admitted to problems with eating disorders.
I think Adam Rickitt who used to play Nick in Coronation Street also had an eating disorder.
