Glad to hear it, there's nothing like proper gravy. But you know what these northern boys are like, most of them think nobody makes gravy like their mum. :-)

times have changed a bit since then shutz, they come in from flying their pigeons, walking the whippett, dusting the coal from their flat caps, or heads...umm, after being in the Workin' mans club....and make the gravy for her indoors,,,lol and I am a Geordie lass as you know
