Hi, Is it possible to sound proof an adjoining wall of a period property so that it would be suitable to be used as music room? The wall in question has an open fireplace. Would this make sound proofing more difficult?
Thanks.

Hi thanks for the speedy reply - the property is Edwardian - does that make it easier or more difficult?
Also is there info on how to do this myself or would it be better to get the professionals in?
