I don't understand why the neighbours never reported this....they admitted seeing the girl looking unwell......by the sound of it her siblings were being starved as well....

I was thinking the same thing Craft. Surely someone would have noticed that the child was not around for a while. But then again the "parents" (broadest sense of the word) probably told people that she was away.

I read something about this over the weekend....and apparently the authorities were brought in....but did not think she was at risk..........what do they need in the way of evidence you wonder....

Well thats the authorities for you Pasta. Again! I know social services are tasked with a tough job but to let another child die is appalling. This child suffered for months. It makes me so angry!

I'm sure the Social Services overall do a very good job....of which we hear nothing. It's just when things go terribly wrong it makes the headlines. I wouldn't be a social worker....

I don't actually deal with the passport side of it anymore Craft. I used to issue visas years ago but I am now a staffing manager. And the staff are a right motley crew! Lol
