hi did'nt know where to put this and need a fairly quick answer so here goes.. how long do you have to give a person to collect an item they have brought on ebay. before you relist item, i have emailed them an invoice and left my mobile phone number but heard nothing. thanks.

ebay will have the answer on their answer centre, id give them a week you can get ebay to charge the person for your relisting fee. they are a pain when they do that.

on you MyEbay page, go to the sale and select Resolve Problem from drop down menu on right. It should take you through to the Resolution Centre. Generally makes eBay give the payer a friendly nudge. If nothing results, you'll get your listing fee back.

Presumably the buyer has not paid? If they have then things are different.
