Baby pigeon

A family of pigeons have just been at the bird feeder in my garden. The kids next door have distrubed them and the adult shave flown away leaving a rather forlorn looking fledgling sat on the feeder.. It looks as if its wings are not big enough to carry it. What should I do if anything? Will the adults come back for it? It's still sat there as I write

Leave it - the adults will come back. They're probably not very far away, anyhow.
