hmmm yeah I thought that would be the case, it's not very clear is it?

In its most basic form young people can pitch for a budget to do something they want to do it can be anything from going to the cinema, abroad, traveling anything really and then we give them the money to do it.

Do you think maybe the text explaining it needs changing?

O sorry it wasn't a sales pitch I just wanted to know what people though of the concept, it's not about making money it's about giving people the opportunity to do something thats all.
