Oh my aching sides!
Terrible signings
Stubborn as a mule
Mind boggling team selection
Crazy quotes
Tactically naive
Refused to pick top goalscorer
Admitted defeat before most matches
Said he never looked at league table or bothered about results as long as we were good to watch!
2 million compensation,a great day for us.....and Glasgow Rangers!!
Boing Boing!
Nobody as yet: but they are in talks with West Brom for Tony Mowbray who, despite MightyWBA's ridicule, has done very well in the mere two and a half years he's been West Brom manager.

In his first season he took them to the play off final, losing narrowly, but in his second season they won the Championship and were promoted to the Premiership. That only lasted one season but, from what I saw, it wasn't down to incompetence on Mowbray's part as he had a very limited budget to work with.

All in all, therefore, a creditable few years and I think it's fair to say that West Brom have had, and will have, worse managers than Mr Mowbray.
Paraffin you are entitled to your opinion and are quite correct in noting the tight budget Mowbray has had to work with.
However I have only missed a handful of matches this season and hardly any the years previously ,so feel more qualified to comment.
Trust me.Although he only has Rangers to compete against, as a manager he has major flaws.
That said Susan Boyle could pick up a few trophies as Celtic manager.
have celtic got susan boyle as manager - wba?
never even heard that yet
--you saw it first on AB sport folks
Lol Beejay!
Engelbert Humperdinck turned it down ;-)
I'm off to work ,have a good day.
MightyWBA:

Not trying to pretend that Mowbray's Sir Alex Ferguson, all I've tried to do is to be fair to the guy. I just thought that he'd achieved an awful lot in a very short space of time, that's all.

Two Premiership play-offs and an FA Cup semi-final in two and a half years ain't a bad return, is it? Yeah, okay, you've gone back down to the Championship but I reckon it would be grossly unfair to put that solely down to Mowbray.

And, yes, everyone knows that there are only two teams likely to win the SPL, however, what others outside of Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool, and possibly Arsenal, have any hope of the Premiership in England? It's the same difference, everyone else is only making up the numbers.

Let's see if your next manager achieves as much in the same space of time as Mowbray has for you.
Oh there's a though Lord Fergie (it's just a question of time) at Celtic - WOW
Ric.ror:

Would never happen - Fergie once played for Rangers so that debars him sine die from ever being manager of Celtic.
