Well obviously the 'victim' isn't going to claim that he's bang to rights. I'm just surprised that 'arthritis suffering and jobless charity shopper Stewart Smith hadn't also claimed to have accidently dropped the money and rubbish whilst going to the rescue of a kitten carrying war veteran pensioner.

He dropped rubbish including the tenner this was given back to him and would have been the end of it accept for the small matter that he then threw stuff he didn't want back on to the floor again, in clear view of the police.
