Answerbank Messages Lost
Hi I have just relised that I have lost my Answerbank Messages I have looked in various files and have found that the messages have been going into the Delete Box on Outlook Express ,could you please help how do I make sure they go to the IN BOX .as simple as possible please ,as my ongoing illness is not helping me .

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If you can get into the Rules (maybe Rules and Alerts, should be in Tools menu), there should be an option to change/delete them.
Deleting the rule would be best, as you may have accidentally blocked emails sent by AB which means they go straight to Deleted Items.
If you need to change it, just change the folder it goes to.
I'm sorry I'm not familiar with what Outlook Express looks like, so can't be more specific about exactly where to click etc.
