Crete holiday question

My wife and I have a chance to go to Rythymnon Crete in studio apartments called Pepi 2. I have tried to get information on these apartments but all I can find is info and feedback on the Pepi apartments. Is this the same place or is there a Pepi 1 and Pepi 2 etc?.
Anyone been there?

Pepi 1 is apartment number 1 - there are around 14/15 from what I can gather
