Since a marriage can be annulled if it is proved there are no sexual relations (i.e. the contract has been voided by the lack of sex), it's not unreasonable to assume that sexual relations are therefore inherant in the marriage contract between two people, kazza12345!

I totally agree with Andy Hughes point, however...I feel I'm losing a grip on my ideal, that I felt I would be able to sustain, of a 'proper marriage' as I see it, of two people being together because they genuinely want to be, despite difficulties. I've been blessed with some great relationships, but almost every one has had the girl being very interested in income levels. Ugh! How crude is that! I would marry a down and out if I loved her! Really! Similarly, I've known girls that keep trading up til they find the right income bracket. Ugh (2). I can see where prenups have some purpose now (never thought I'd say that).
