My MP has clearly abused the system and claimed nearly �200,000 for personel financial gain. He will however probably get away with it. Is there anyway I can take him to court as an individual without a large financial outlay??

If they refuse, say you are getting up a petition to have them deselected.

I think you would be VERY unlikely to get ANY Solicitor/barrister to take this on,because as Dzug says you have not (personally) lost anything,and as such a court would want to know just what you were trying to reclaim.
It's much like saying "I don't approve of nuclear weapons,so I am sueing for the income tax back"
