Hair Mask

I want to use a hair mask but not too sure how do use it...

do i shampoo and condition my hair then put the mask or does the mask go on before shampoo and conditioner???

Please help as I know nothing lol

Well you usually wash it first - don't need to condition as the mask with do that... put the mask on try and put a hot towel around your head that helps it to penatrate... leave on for how ever long it says - then rinse off...

I agree. Surely there are instructions on the packaging? Best off following the manufacturers instructions!

the best one i have ever used is either loreal or garnier, i forget. anyway, it's one with royal jelly in. it's fab!

I tried one from Body Shop with brazilian nut was pretty good :)
