GM&G Gatwick meet & greet

I've just booked with this company & didn't check on tripadvisor first. Just looked on there & I'm horrified at the really bad reports, ie customers getting parking fines whilst this company supposedly were looking after their cars. This company apparantly wont pay the fines or pay for repairs to cars whilst in GM & G's care. Has anybody used this company & maybe have any good reviews for them please

I have read those comments on the tripadvisor site but weren't they from 2 years ago? Under the company's peace of mind mission statement they seem to be saying things should be fine. have you checked your terms and conditions?

Easy answer don't use them , use the long
term car park and get bussed in .

Yes Dot you're correct most of these reports relate to a couple of years ago. However there are more current one's on there too, & the company seem to be saying that they have paid all fines but the customers don't seem to agree, these were posted in May 09

Some of these kind of companies were featured on Watchdog a coupla years ago.
It was bad then, with staff driving the clients cars, parking them anywhere, one even smashed up a car. Not good.

Take the train or taxi, for peace of mind.
