Silly question

I have a large smoked ham. Do I need to boil it before I roast in oven or is smoking sufficient to cook?

i would have thought you could just roast it and not boil beforehand, but as i'm not the best cook in the world maybe someone else could give you more advice. xx

I would boil it first, then finish it off in the oven.....sometimes hams can be a bit salty and the boiling tones the salt down.
