Missing Co Ordinates

I have been given 2 coordinates for North and West. But to complete the puzzle I need to supply the missing in the following sequence. Can you decrypt, I can't? North 53 deg. 2?17 . 17?6 19?21 West 002 deg 14?9 . 20?31 26?32 The missing digits are represented by "?" The decimal point (.) The only clue: "Remember we're in Europe not America. In addition to the above clue. On the first row (N). At the end of the row 19 & 21 have been coloured in Red. On the second row (W): 14 & 19 and the last number 32 on the row are also coloured Red. All other digits are in Black. Any help or possible explanation would be welcome.

The numbers appear in two rows across the paper with the second row below the first.
In each row the numbers are grouped in blocks of three's.
In the first row, (N 53 degs)the last groups of three numbers (19 ? 21) are printed in red.
In the second row (W 002 degs), the first group of three (14 ? 9 ) are in red with the last number of the third group of three No 32 is also in red (26 ? 32).
In each row of numbers a decimal point is between the first group of three numbers and the second group of three numbers.
