I have a flu and diarrhoea/upset stomach, I was feverish on friday, felt terrible, shivery whilst being hot. today I still have an uipset stomach and get tired quite quickly when doing stuff but feel much better than last week.

similar to the normal flu except for the upset stomach and diarrhoea
