Making a Memories Disc

How do you place more than 1 track of music onto a memories disc. I have made one of holiday photos but can only put 1 track onto it no matter what i do, this gets quite boring after hearing the same music over and over. As a novice to computing i am sure there is a totally simple solution.

many programs can do this. dont know what you're using...
