I think i have found a lump, however it is on the tube leading out of the testical. I have heard that if it was cancer it would be on the testical itself, and be painless.

However i experience a dull ache from time to time. Can someone help me out and tell me what could be wrong with me?

You need to see your doctor, It might be nothing but if there is one sure thing with cancer it's that the earlier its discovered the better your chance of a full recovery.
For Gods sake go to the Doctor!!  Dont be embarassed they're just like mechanics he'll have a quick shufty and sort it out.

Go to doc.

Has it changed shape? Could well be a number of a number of harmless things.

Probably nothing to worry about, but go and see your doctor. Possible lumps will usually get seen very quickly.
agreed, really don't mess about with this, just go get it checked

You wont get any re assurance from here.  You know what  it could be so go to the doctor.  If you found a lump on your arm or leg you would have no problems going to you doctor. Why be embarrassed?  Your private parts to a doctor is no different from any other part of your body.   Good luck

I can only echo the comments by everyone else, please, please go see a doctor! I'm speaking from experience. About 2 years ago i felt a similar lump to that of which you describe, after i plucked up enough courage to see the doctor, he checked it out and assured me it was nothing to worry about. The lump you describe at the base of the Testicle, where the tube is could simply be a slight kink in the tube and therefore nothing to worry about!....About 6 months after this, i felt another lump, but in a different place on the testicle, it was on the side and felt quite rough with a dull ache feeling associated with it. This didnt feel good, and sure enough after seeing a doctor and a specialist, my worst fears were confirmed. I was lucky enough to have caught it early though! 4 weeks after the operation my wife and i conceived our first child (only needed one ball anyway!!!) and life has been good ever since i got it checked out.

Basically you need to get this checked out ASAP, if its a lumpy feeling at the base then my guess is you'll be ok but if its on the side like mine was, and it feels a bit rough then it could be TC. Either way, theres nowt to be embarassed about and Good Luck. Hope this info hjelps

I hate to be boring, but you really must go and see your GP.
