Sky Box

I have an old Sky box which I use as freeview but it now says "No satellite signal being received". I've tried the instructions from Sky & gone into the LNB menu but no joy. Any ideas for what else I can try gratefully accepted. TIA

Whatever you do don't ring Sky as they will charge you 70 just to look, try your local aerial fitter they are a lot cheaper....
You can get used Sky boxes on e bay for 20, if it is the box that is at fault
