Con I'm going to have my ear bent about how grievance procedures work for at least two hours before I get asked how I am.

Grievance procedures are pretty simple and can be settled in under 5 minutes.

A youre in the wrong and the punishment laid out in the company rules willl apply.

B theyre in the wrong and you must follow the rules laid out in the company rule book.

Anything else is merely window dressing and frivolity.
