Seen the adverts on commercial TV for the upcoming Ashes series.
Two of the experts shown are Sir Ian Botham and Nasser Hussain but can you tell me who the third is. He is a silver haired gentleman who I should know but cannot name.
TIA

He toured Pakistan in 1977-78, playing in all 3 of the Tests, at Lahore, Hyderabad, and Karachi, and 2 of the One Day Internationals, at Sialkot and Lahore, missing the first ODI at Sahiwal. Remarkably he nearly took a hat-trick on his test debut: he dismissed Abdul Qadir leg before wicket, then bowled Sarfraz Nawaz first ball. The next batsman, Iqbal Qasim, was caught at slip by Mike Brearley. Despite the umpire giving him out, Brearley was not sure whether he had taken the catch cleanly and called him back to the crease.
